Ben & Jerry’s campaign for marriage equality

I’ve never needed an excuse to eat ice cream, but frozen treats company Ben & Jerry’s may have just given me a good reason to do so.
 
The company is supporting the UK's move to change civil unions law to equal marriage for same-sex couples. Though the change has the support of Prime Minister David Cameron, what’s most important for the campaign is to sway public opinion.
 
The flavour “Apple-y Ever After” is being re-released with two tuxedo-sporting grooms on the label. It is a co-promotion with Stonewall, a UK-based queer rights group.
