Drag legend Divine in a new documentary - teaser trailer

John Waters' muse gets back on screen

Jeffrey Schwarz, who directed Wrangler: Anatomy of an Icon, which was all about famous gay pornstar Jack Wrangler, has set his sights on another gay icon, the Queen of Filth herself — Divine.

I Am Divine is still being filmed, but Schwarz has released a teaser trailer of the doc that has the fab team screaming for more of our favourite shit-eating drag star.

      I love this, Rosie!! I try to do this every day but it's really hard, esllpiaecy when you are one of the 57% whose mother was negative about her body. But it just makes me that much stronger each day that I don't say anything negative about myself out loud. Plus, the less I actually hear myself saying negative things about my body, the less it's actually on my mind. It makes cupcakes, red wine, and pasta that much more enjoyable and exercise more mental and spiritual than physically necessary.
