VIDEO: Judy, friend of Dorothy

Pride TO’s spotlights on community members

Leading up to Pride, a series of shorts directed by award-winning American filmmaker Jeff Feuerzeig, called “Together,” are being released online, and they may just feature people you know!
 
The videos are shot in black and white, and so far there have been two features released, on top of the trailer. The first looks at former man-in-uniform and biker-daddy Ray. The second is someone who has graced the pages of fab many a time: It’s that New Zealand bombshell Judy Virago, talented queen and makeup artist extraordinaire of Sodom and Queen for a Night fame!



Can't wait to see more of these!

      RCS, very happy to discover your blog on a quiet Sunday night (both my NY teams lost today). Anyway, I also share your paisosn for the oyster, though razor clams are a close second in my book. Next time you're in the city, New York that is, I can recommend two places for you the John Dory Bar at the Ace Hotel just south of Midtown. Hell, might as well stay at the ace while you're at it.The second location is a bit further, but oh so worth it. Take the L from Union Sq into Williamsburg and try Maison Premiere. You will find more than thirty oysters you've never tried before, promise, and a fine julep selection. While you're at it, look me up and I'll join you.Cheers!
