Just a song that I used to know
Or that you probably heard three times today

There’s this song, I bet you’ve never heard it before. It’s called “Somebody That I Used To Know.”
Really, though, unless you’re the kind of person who, if you hear it one more time you’ll throw yourself out the nearest window, you probably like it. If it’s a favourite song, you probably also have a favourite cover, since there are certainly enough to choose from. I am partial to the Pentatonix a cappella version myself.
Now the man himself, Wally De Backer (his name isn’t actually Gotye), has put together a mashup of numerous YouTube covers of his hit song, and it actually sounds really, really good. If you want to hear it one more time . . .
