'One Million Moms' won't give up the belief their kids are as stupid as they are

In a continuation of the gay-love-in-the-American-military theme, Archie Comics’ first gay character, Kevin Keller, will meet his future husband in a military hospital while serving in the United States Armed Forces. But I’m getting ahead of myself. Kevin Keller, who first premiered in Veronica in September 2010, made the issue so popular that it was the first in Archie Comics history to be reprinted. The character’s popularity garnered him his own four-issue mini-series, Kevin Keller.
But, as the time-old saying goes, “haters gonna hate,” the haters being “One Million Moms” (which must be put in quotation marks because saying there are a million members is a very generous rounding up), famous for their (unsuccessful) boycott of JC Penney for hiring Ellen DeGeneres as a spokesperson. "One Million Moms" have turned their efforts to criticizing Toys’R’Us, for a Life with Archie issue that sports Kevin’s marriage on the cover, saying “This is the last place a parent would expect to be confronted with questions from their children on topics that are too complicated for them to understand.” So I guess if “One Million Moms” aren’t willing to, they can let this child explain same-sex marriage to their children:
“So that means you love each other. Hey, I’m gonna play ping pong now.”
God forbid a parent should ever have to discuss a delicate subject like sexuality with their child or, you know, do some parenting.
