A local gallery with some wild pieces you might want to check out

Need to spruce up your place with some slightly offensive and often controversial pieces of art? Might want to check out the Beautiful Dirty Rich Pop Art show currently on display at Navillus Gallery. Created by the always-awesome 5 STooGES design team, the group took inspiration from Warhol’s factory-processing style and sullied classic pieces of art with cute messaging and splashes of colour and glitter. Wallis Simpson smothered in graffiti, a medieval war print plastered with a Whitney Houston quote, or a series of Marie Antoinette portraits reprinted in a variety of pigments. Colour, history and sex for any space or wall that needs a conversation starter.
