Contradicting other survey findings, and many of the comments, 70% are anal-sex tops whenever possible, while only 67% want to bottom.
 
Respondents are generally vanilla, with a consistent 75% or more not interested in anything kinkier than oral and anal (except for dominating in bondage, which 45% want to try). Respondents wished for more self-confidence, which ties in with the previous suggestion that gay men be less rigid in what they expect. There appears to be a dominant assumption that a long-term relationship leads to a better sex life, despite responses that suggest those in long-term relationships want more experimentation: “a steady boyfriend” versus “being single and able to visit a bathhouse.”
